My now wife and I finally tied the knot this month after more than 3 years of a ld relationship. The marriage is legally recognized in her country, we have the marriage certificate translated and notarized. Will I also need to register the marriage here in Canada? Or will the marriage certificate we have suffice?

There is nothing like marriage registration in Canada, you basically get married here or not. So your marriage certificate should be enough as proof.
We didn't get married in Canada. We got married in Colombia, and we have the certificate from there. Do we also need a certificate from Canada?
Presumably we will be able to use the colombian marriage certificate for our PR application?
