marks considered for study visa

I have done my bachelors degree. i have got admission in a certificate program of 1 yr in Canada. the requirement for my program is 12th marks. in order to show the gap between 12th (2013) till now , i need to show my bachelors marksheets. will the vo assess my visa based on 10th and 12th marks or will my bachelors marks affect my application?
Note:- i am showing bachelors just for explaining the gap. my admission req. is 12th. the college issued a letter stating this that i am meeting all admission requirements for my program.

the program is administrative office professional certificate program (1yr) at lethbridge college, alberta. i can't understand the term"KT" , but i initially started with ba eng hons. bt due to family reasons i got 1 general paper backlog in 2nd yr. so switched to ba general in 3rd yr. i cleared the backlog in the next attempt. appeared in 3rd yr exam this yr. result still not published. completing 3 yr degree in 4 yrs.
