I also marked no in that field, I had a denial for UK visa but I appealed and the refusal was overturned and I was granted the visa. Should I have said yes?

Please send a CSE along with LOE notifying this initial refusal and that the decision was overturned.....there is no harm in sending CSE so why take risk.

Alright I will do that.thanks a bunch

Finally got the visa. No more documents were asked.

Had ordered for GCMS notes and in it, there was an entry that the applicant had sent a mail(the one I sent for clarification of having marked no for visa refusal)

I submitted Schedule A upfront in the LoE place holder.

My application for a US student visa was declined in 2002 due to an error in my address proofs. My passport was with me an not with the consulate as i never got to the stage of submitting the passport and then getting a refusal. My application was just refused.Does that mean i have to say US visa denied?

Mark is as Yes and have an LOE stating the same.

I have US visa denial for which I want to submit Schedule A upfront. Could you please let me know, do I need to fill basic information and only Visa related question with explanation or the whole form.
As the form has other information like travel history, stay history, which I already filled in after ITA questionnaire. Please clarify.

I never submitted schedule 4 form separately.
For me it was filling in the PR application form and then a letter (after few months) talking about the incorrect information i had filled earlier with explanation.

Hi all,

I have done the same mistake
I am the primary applicant - I hve had no refusals
But my spouse has had a visa refusal for H1B - selected in lottery but petition rejected later
We missed marking yes to the statutory questions for him

What should we do now??
We have already submitted our application

Is this mis representation ?
How do we correct our mistake ?

Really worried
Please help

When filling in my PR application i had answered NO for visa refusals even though i have had a visa refused once. The reason i had answered no for it was i got the visa the next time i applied.
However, i am worried after going through the forums with few saying that it can be taken as misrepresentation on my part.
It is nearly 5 months since i filed the PR application. So, should i be raising a CSE?

Visa History from beginning
- US visa granted
- US tourist visa rejected
- Canadian tourist visa granted (had made known about the US tourist visa refusal when filing the application as was aware the US and Canada share inforamtion pertaining to visa)
- US tourist visa granted.

Did you finally get Visa after raising CSE?

hi guys !

i read many topics about this problem and maybe it will save my life !

because i do the same mistake like all of you there ! and after medical passed and 16 months of PR request, i taked the decision to send them another Schedule A with my immigration's consultant (was his fault, and i payed again...)

My question for you guys, this action will get some more delay for getting the decision ?
