Mark-sheets required for transcript from university

Hi Folks,
I am planning to apply for the Express entry.
In the process, I am arranging the transcripts My Graduation and Post graduation.
My question is I have mark-sheets available for the Passed years (B.TECH yearly pattern) only and not the Failed ones.

Do I need the failed marksheets to get the transcripts?

Please advise.

Please correct if my understanding is wrong.

Visit your university and check the procedure with them. For my case, (Punjabi University) they did not ask for failed mark sheets.
So, its totally dependent on your University procedure about transcripts.

The last I checked, Punjabi University has no online portal. However, if you have a friend or relative in Patiala, he/she can visit the University on your behalf for transcripts. All they need is Money.
