Guys, my friend recently got visa refusal and VO has mentioned proposed studies are not reasonable in light of previous studies, qualification, marks sheet. I'd like to know what can I assume with marks sheet, as my friend attached transcript and consolidated marks sheet. Any suggestions shall be appreciated.
