I had an annulled marriage in India prior to getting PR in Canada. After moving to Canada I have been single and all my tax documents have status single, what should I put as marital status on my citizenship application

Whatever status you used to apply for PR to match IRCC records. If during PR application, you put single then still put single but if you put divorced then, then put divorced. Hope this helps.
