Marital Status Changed Single to Married

Hi , I applied for work visa and approved. I got married after my visa got approved. But I didn't travel yet. Now I want to apply for Spouse Dependent Visa as well. Can anyone help me with details. Do I need to update any cic if so how to do it.

I'm not sure if you can update your marital status in IRCC if the application was already approved. But I know that if you will bring your spouse with you, you need to meet the low income cut off table (LICO table). If your spouse will not be travelling with you at same time and your already in Canada working, then you don't need to meet the LICO table.
