Marital status changed after study visa. Need Help.

My Visa Timeline
Applied: 17 July 2020

SDS India With Co-Op
Biometric: 10 Dec 2020
Medical Update: 20 Dec 2020
BVL: 31 Dec 2020 (2 similar Biometric Correspondence Letter Received)
PPR: 1 Jan 2021
Passport Received on 12 Jan 2021
September 2020 term took online
Defer the winter term 2021 to September 2021 (visa not received on time)
Married on 4th April 2021
Medical will expire on 25 June 2021.

1) Now, Is it necessary to update my marital status at IRCC, also my spouse will not accompany in sep 2021?
2) I want to renew my medicals as it will expire before I arrive in Canada (which step should i follow first, because i have to inform my marital status during the medical time)

Do your upfront medical and when you send the e-medical form via webform, include an explanation (and marriage certificate) highlighting your new marital status. It should not affect your already issued SP.
