Looks like no DM yet for most of March applicants. I'm waiting like almost 7 wks after medical still in process until now.. hopefully within sept. will receive good news ftom Visa office..

hi Guys i kinda took a break from all this sh*t for a bit as anyone who knows my story will understand why :-\ anyway just an update our lawyer sent the crim rehab forms away 2 weeks ago so now possibly another 6 months wait for a decision on that !! so we are looking at next year at the earliest before we have any word on our PR they have put our file on hold until thats sorted out so we are still IP at present and WAITING !! :-[

I've been waiting 18 months... a friend of mine got PPR after 22 months... let's see if you take the lead lol.
 
I just want to share this with you guys, when I checked my ECAS yest., I noticed another 2 lines were inserted, line 2 and line 4, which happened last year and updates was only made now. Last week, Sept 10, I received an instruction from CIC for medical re-assessment (for my dependent only). It's already 16 mos. since I filed and they received my application. So right now, I am pretty sure that my application was really on process because of these movements. Glory to God! Hope and pray that we all got our approved permanent visa! so 1st of i will say sorry for my language !!! WTF we got an email from our lawyer today they requested all the documents again after they had been emailed to ottawa posted to ottawa and faxed to ottowa and also faxed and emailed to harry hayes building in Calgary with proof of receipt from ottawa via email with confirmation number etc and confirmation of faxed received signed for delivery received , WTF do they want them again for !! stall stall stall !! after them not telling us for 3 god dam months that we needed this stupid rehab order shit for a crime committed 27years ago when my husband was 20 years old !! wasn't even serious !! and his DUI which he should be deemed rehabilitated already cause 10 years have passed I'm so ready to say BYE BYE to this place !! And how did they know to contact my lawyer if they didn't receive the paperwork cause his name was on it and never been on any documents before stupid ASS HOLES that work in that place phew sorry I'm done now RANT OVER :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\
 
This is my original threat. I started here and saw everybody getting IP, DM and PPR more than 8 months ago. Today, I finally got PPR after 19 months. It was a long and stressful ride. I'm so glad it's about to end. Good luck to everyone that's still waiting.

Im happy to share that I got my PPR 2 days ago.
After getting my PR refusal, I right away hired a lawyer and he was able to win my case. :)
