Hi friends,

My wife is not able to do medical within 7 days because she is out of town. We just need 3-4 days more days. what should i do for that. Should i email them about my situation.

Looking for your suggestions.

Thank you.

I got medical reassessment for my spouse and the notice says we have 30 days to do it. Do you wanna give a call saying whether you have 7 days or 30 days to do your reassessment?

Hi monlin99 in my email it is says in 7 days. I wish i have 30 days. Thank you for your prompt reply.

My email said, contact PP(Panel Physician) within 7 days. That probably means you've to contact and at least get the appointment for reassessment. They don't send to really care if you're out of town or what.

So better take appointment ASAP, and contact CIC ASAP to let them know that you've got such and such appointment, and that is the earliest possible you've got. Just say doctor is busy and you're helpless. Let them know that, you're doing everything ASAP, and let them know that you're still interested in pursuing the application. Otherwise they're impatience enough to assume that you're not interested.

You know what is going to grind your gears even more?! According to this thread, there are PNP folks who received AOR in MARCH 2015 (THIS YEAR) already getting PPR in JUNE 2015 (YES THAT IS A 3MONTH PROCESSING TIME)..........................

OK this is not entirely accurate... Look further back into the thred and you will see that most of these people are ones who sent their applications around May-August last year, but who got caught in the OPNP quality assurance deal. Instead of getting AOR and medical request in 2-3 months like most of us, they had to wait 8-10 months for it because their applications were on hold. Meaning that a lot of them were stuck in limbo because they couldn't renew their work permits and such (because if the nomination certificate has expired, AOR from PR stage is required to get a work permit). So the fact that they're getting PPR three months after AOR doesn't mean what you think it means in these cases.
