Sk_march i got exactly same email like you for my wife in an india. Did you notice in this email they did not mention any timeline. I am thinking to contact delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca to Delhi office.
I think we don't have to worry about it because the address where to send the requested information is same for all of us who resides in India... I don't know why they didn't give any time frame for remedical but we will get it done by tomorrow any how.....

Yeah man, get it done as soon as possible.

I contacted the panel physician here in Canada. The receptionist told me that the doctor is too busy, and she'll call me later. I just walked in, and got it done. I showed them the email I had received. They don't get convinced about our urgency. We are always threatened in each email, that they'll consider that we are no longer interested in pursuing our application if we don't respond quickly.

Hi Tina,

Interesting article...yes, CIC makes mistakes all the time. I think they're overwhelmed. Also, CIC errors work both ways...I know two applicants to the PNP who received PR even though they didn't meet even the most basic criteria. I was shocked when I learned these people got their PR.

Things are a mess...

It makes me very sad reading this article. If they cant handle the volume of applicants, then they should add more people. Because these are serious matters. Time, effort, money, emotions and family is at stake.
Their reliability is questionable. And it only shows how unorganized they are. I hope nobody from you will experience what I experienced. Its just very frustrating :(
