April 4 with spouse inland applicant. Ecas still says Application received

I am March 10th applicant and got IP on Sep 10th. No news afterwards, called CIC call center twice. They always says processing time is 17 months. However, I just would like remind them that there are a group of people whose file might be locked somewhere in Sydney.

My friend applied early March 2014 (through BC) and got her residency two days ago! So I have no idea how these things work considering my file sat there for 12 months untouched yet hers didn't.....throw my hands up. haha

Guys, just letting you know I just checked my eCas and it shows "In process" (We started processing your application on March 5, 2015.) , may 14th applicant here. Things are moving

Ya... We r still waiting for ip and dm application received on march 31 2014 still status shows medical received
Additional document request on oct 2 and submited on oct 5 but still no updated in file ...
I dont know whats going on its complete 11 months but still waiting for IP...

They asked for additional documents too from me and til now no updates yet...called cic yesterday and they said its still in process. Was IP since dec 2 ...
I hope our time comes soon
