I would not care about what it shows online. For me my online status went from "Application Received" to "In Process" to "Decision Made" to Passport Request at 6:55PM on March 4th. I would say online status is useless in many cases. So congratulations! You're almost there.

We received our COPR today! We're given until 23rd May. We'll be waiting until we go on our planned vacation since PR cards are taking more than 6-8weeks.
Wishing everyone best of luck and hope that everyone will soon get their COPR shortly.
