It seems that cic is processing mostly the march applicants. .most probably (fingers cross) April applicants will get their IP by November

My application was received by 31st March, 2014 and still I didn't get IP. It look like they now finalizing Nov/Dec applications. So exactly not sure how may months, but it will be end of December for PPR for April applicants (just rough estimation according to regression). Do not worry about IP. I found some applicants got their PPR and DM without getting IP.

But if you have a valid work-permit, they will issue an open work permit to your husband (depend on your job). Otherwise surely he will get a visitor visa (just need to show some ties to India). Anyhow If you have OHIP and a Job, you do not need to worry about PR, because you can apply for EI (if you have enough contribution). Good Luck with your everything.

Hello march -2014 applicant? Is there any update to share? My application is in process since sept-11, no updates after that, please throw some lights if any of you have got DM
