Short answer is no (from a personal stance). But if you know anything about Ontario PNP is that there seems to be a trend of being royally screwed (ok I exaggerate but still). It took many people last year (2013) 7+ months to even receive a nomination (I personally went through this). While it is likely that delays from CIC have zero correlation with delays at the provincial levels, I think it's still too early to panic. It seems that ON applications are being delayed but no one knows if it's a short one (days to a couple of weeks) or a serious one (on hold until next year in which case, I stand by the term 'royally screwed'). Long story short, it's probably too soon to panic.
