I just got my notes and my application was received March 17.......

Medical - Passed
Criminality - In Progress
Eligibility - Not Started.
Security - Not started.

I'm thinking PR isn't going to be for another 6 months at this rate.

hi alpha_centauri you have to request only one from both of the option.I only request electronic file.

Hi alpha_centauri, nope. I really wanted to pay RPRF without any request maybe it will speed up the processing?! .. But I don't know where and how to send my receipt.

This is actually pretty good news. You are far more advanced than early April applicants, considering you're late March.

Don't worry: PPR will come, we're just not sure exactly when.

I hope so and you will also receive great news soon. I read my detailed notes and i figured out that even though everything is clear they don't update it. The updated dates are varying so much.

Just tired of checking my ecas status every day.. Been 3 months plus since I got in process. No news, Call centre agents wont share anything as its not in their mandate , CIC doesn't respond to emails.. SO frustrating and heart breaking for most of us...

Hi guys. My application recieved March 14, done my medical by May 15. It seems that many still from feb to april applicant dont have any good news from CIC, and I am one of this people. Some already got IP 4 months ago but still no updates after that. My ecas status still mefical recieved no IP yet. But when I asked for a letter from my province to get new PNP cert to use for my new WP coz it will expire soon it is indicated to my letter from the province that my file is currently processed in ottawa. And I email ottawa regarding my status coz I need to go home on my country for emergency purposes they emailed me back after 5 days and confirm that my apllication is in their office but still on process and cannot confirm the decision yet. So ECAS is not updated always. Just wanna share this for those who dont have IP yet. Lets hope for the best to get PPR this month.

Do you mind sharing the email with us as the wording that CIC uses rarely changes and this would a good opportunity to compare. Just remove personal info. Many thanks!

It could be but it depends, I have been waiting 8 months since I got my AR in May, I don't think it's a good idea for me, but if you just started applying not long ago, then why not?
