March - April PNP PR Batch :)

3 to 5 weeks is nothing especially since it's for work. I just came back from a 3 weeks vacation in my home country and it's no issue at all. If you have been out of the country for several months, then i would be worried plus they can request documents at anytime and you would want to be able to provide this in a timely manner.

I am worries because my plan to is visit my home country for 1.5 months or 2 months so not sure what should i do plz help

I applied on 17 april. I am going to india too on in december. if i get a request while i am india. i will get it stamped there and return to canada

I am planning for one and half month to two months. And what about in that duration if by chance cic ask for my pay stubs what will i do then

once your case is in process they hardly ask for additional documents. and yes you can go for a vacation anytime unless you have valid visa to return.
CIC has no rule that an applicant can't leave the country while his file is with them

If you applied under a job offered stream, then you have to be able to prove that you have that job or any job. If your PNP stream does not require you to have a job (e.g Masters stream without job offer,. then you can say that you have gone there for vacation. it is absolutely within your right to be out of the country but remember, as an economic immigrant, you are expected to contribute to the economy by looking for and keeping a job (which increases tax revenue). Again unless the government expects you to hold a specific job (which is the only reason they would ask you for pay stubs) then you will be fine. I would personally not advise travel outside Canada for more than 3 months because that will signal that either you have no intention to stay in the Country for long or that you will struggle to maintain residency requirements once you become PR. I am no lawyer or expert, just my two cents.

I applied for FSW in the year 2011 and got rejected due to insufficient points i.e 66/67 at that time I got my CIO file number and also UCI number.

Later on I applied MPNP program and got nominated recently and also applied for CIO Nova scotia and waiting for AOR.

my query is

is I will get the same file number and UCI number for PNP CIO that I got in my FSW file that I applied in 2011 or I will get different one's

Hi! Im an april applicant, I think its still early for us to get IP status. Possible month of October or November. Cross fingers..they're still working on feb and march just got theirs

As of my knowledge your UCI number will be same but file number could be different ...
