I just got DM on Saturday, that is two days ago!!! Can't wait no more... Called CIC today, they said processing time is 16 months now. I'm finishing my 16 months on 10th June.

I'm yet to get PPR! its been 20 days since I got DM and there is no sign of it coming soon. I initially thought it would come a week later but that never happened. Called CIC and was told the due date on my file was June 30. In other words, I will get PPR on or before June 30. For now, I would say the waiting game is still on...

I just checked ECAS and it says IP since May 27th.
It's only been 14 and a half months but it's finally moving!!
So happy right now. =)

Well your IP and DM came earlier than me, but my due date is 10th June I guess, as they're saying processing time is 16 months now. At least over the phone she said it today. 10 days urggghhhhhh I can't wait...

If yours is 10 days then mine has already passed, going by the date my application was received at Sydney, NS (Feb. 27/2014).

I actually called them twice today, first one told me that they can't tell me the decision. So to the second one I asked if she can at least look into my file and tell me anything other than the processing times. She said yes she can, she brought up my file by asking me questions and UCI number, she goes like you've to wait one moment, I informed her that I've waited almost 16 months and 16 minutes to get hold of her, so I'm patience of she can at least look into it. Then she told me to wait till I finish waiting for 16 month altogether... 8) 8) 8)

I am fully aware of the current processing time, as a matter of fact, I have called CIC several times in the past and they keep giving conflicting information and sometimes they are rude to you on the phone. Last time I spoke with a call center agent she said they have on or before June 30 to send me PPR and the information on my GCMS notes under "application due date" corroborates this. Currently, my application is 15 months and will be 16 months by June 27, going by the date my application was received by CIC. So I have decided to not disturb myself by not calling or emailing them again for now. Simply put, if calling or emailing them frequently does not make any difference in one's application, then I definitely should have gotten my PR by now, given the amount of stinker emails and calls to CIC. We've seen applicants whose application are currently at 19 months but still don't know when their application would be finalized. I am very certain these applicants have been emailing and calling CIC, especially now that applicants do have access to their files through call center agents. I will wait until June 27 before I start poking CIC about my PPR email.
