bcz i got permanent job offer today and employer deposited $230 and offer of employment as they have changed things after 21 feb, 2015...but now province is giving me extension next week...
just ask if extension letter for pnp is there, job offer is there...
no visa, no wp and in restoration, can i come to flagpole, please? wll be appreciated
yes i got AOR but waiting for med now, and i m not sure, how long the wp and resotoration ll take? thanks

I don't know the details about your process, but your post caught my attention. You cannot get restoration at the border. The only way to restore status is to send an application to Vegreville. I can't stress this enough. Do not go to the border if you've lost your status and need restoration. You won't be allowed to enter Canada.

thats true..if you r not from visa exempt country and you dont have any status then you cant restore your status at port of entry.first thing they will ask you passport to make sure u have visa to enter , then officer will let u in and ask abt your satuation. otherwise they wont allow u to enter

if anybody applying for extension of work permit, can.you please check if your employer singed at the end of form imm 5802( offer of employment).because my employer didnt sign on that form and he said we dnt need to. but i can see clearly written on bottom " signature of employer".
i ll appriciate your reply . thank u so much

Yes this is true. You'll lose all Canadian status and be removed from Canada immediately.

I APPLIED THE SAME WAY AS YOU DID..I GOT INSTRUCTION FROM THE PROVINCE FOR THE JOB OFFER FORM, AND ITS WRITTEN "SCANNED SIGNATURE IS NOT REQUIRED"...THEY SENT IT BY EMAIL AT THE END OF THE SHEET IF YOU SEE, IT SAYS SUBMIT...HOWEVER, WHEN MY EMPLOYER SUBMIT IT WE GOT A PRINT OF IT...AND THAT PRINTED THE EMPLOYER SHOULD SIGN FOR THE PROVINCIAL GOVT AND FOR THE WP EXTENSION THAT WE WILL SUBMIT ONLINE

Yes, you can apply online I believe. Make sure to submit the application within 90 days of the day when your status expired. And don't leave Canada for any reason before your status is restored.

i did my landing in about 10 mins at North portal. i went straight to canada border agency officer they told me to go to the green booth in america side. i went there a guard he sent me door no C , where US officers asked my passport and gave me a refusal paper. i got back same way as i entered US. CBSA officer then asked me questions like am i carrying firearms, $1000 etc
then for immigration an officer asked me where did i come from, where i am working ,my plans after permanent residency like staying in province or not. then i signed the landing paper then officer said i am permanent,, congrats.
they were all nice, they asked me why i am here, i can have appointment with cic at saskatoon. i said i have plans to travel soon thats y i dont want to waste 1 month for appontment he said ok..

I observed alot of May and June applicants get their PR already. I wonder when is March and April's turn.....hmmm
