Got my PPR yesterday ;D, here is my time line:

Category:Ontario_PNP Master graduate without job offer
Application received March 13,2014
In process :January 19, 2015
PPR:April 7,2015

One of the reasons for the delay in my PPR was that I didn't know that i have to notify CIC that I have updated my passport. So they sent me an email asking me to renew my passport. I had already done it but I forgot to inform them. ::)

Congrats....

Are you single applicant? also were you requested any add docs?

Thank you, yes I'm a single applicant and no they only requested a copy of my new passport towards the end of processing my file , on 13 of march, 2015.

Got the passport request email today. However, I've already sent my passport for MRP which may take weeks to just get back the passport. Will have to call the embassy and ask for the passport return.

ecas status still says "In Process". If only, I had waited few more days.

Got PR today!!! so stoked..... the waiting is over.. :D

my timeline:

BC PNP
App received April 28th 2014
Medical July 2nd
In Process March 5th
Decision Made March 19th
PR April 8th

Any senior here who has experience that how to update CIC about change in employment?? I had resigned from the job on December 17th, 2014 and relieved by employer of Februaru 06, 2015 after serving notice period of 2 months. I am an unemployee right now... Is there any nagetive effect to my application if I have been Resigned from the work since I had already nominated under Manitoba Provincial Nomination Program from Manitoba Government.

Please light on the raise issue as It creat some tension for me now. I have total 8 years of work experience and now I am an unemployment.

Please share your views and experience with me here.

Thanks

Hi everyone!

Just wanted some inputs of PNP such as provinces that offer such.
I only knew PIE and Novascotia have PNP.
Are their any other provinces offering such nominations?

What are the guidelines for such nomination?
Do we really need to stay in the nominated province for 2 yrs or so?

Your replies are encouraged.
Please be kind enough.

Thank you and Godspeed.

Hello. All the provinces and territories offers the nomination as all of them has a right to maintain their Labor market with foreigners if required. The requirements depends on which province you apply for, please visit their website for the specific requirements.
Websites of provinces and territories
•Alberta
•British Columbia
•Manitoba
•New Brunswick
•Newfoundland and Labrador
•Northwest Territories
•Nova Scotia
•Ontario
•Prince Edward Island
•Saskatchewan
•Yukon
just google and for example : Ontario Nominee program and you will see their websites in the first result mostly.

your last question. yes since you are committing to the province that you are helping their labor needs and you have to stay their for your whole life unless otherwise something changes, 2 years I am not sure about but when you land as a PR if the officer gives you a document to sign where it states that you have to live for this much time period then yes you cannot leave or your PR will be invalid.

But there many cases when people move because they get a better job or something into the other province and CIC don't care mostly because it's federal.

Hi dear,

you should just send them an email with a copy of all pages of your new passport attached. please remember that the file size should be less than 5 MB, otherwise they cant open it. that was another problem in my case that they had to send me another email requesting another attachment with size lower than 5 MB. Remember to put your birthday, full name, file number, client ID in the email and mention that you have renewed your passport and a copy is attached.

Good luck ;)
