March 18... No IP.

Man, you should really try to call CIC and verify your status.

I'm March 17 applicant and still shows Application Received online. However, I did call cic this morning and got a confirmation from them that my current application status is In Process. They just haven't changed the online system.

Passport received by CIC: 16 February (Monday)

Waiting fro passports.

Thanks Desert Falcon. Yeah, processing time is 17 months for in-land applicants. Most of us just get curious and impatient because some are getting their passport requests with same timeline and others are still waiting for IP to show up. :'( At the very least, it is on track though. Thanks again.

Quick query... Could we say that transferring of the file could be equivalent to IP? or somehow 'Pre processing' ? any thoughts welcome

Looks like when they ask for a file from syndney
They only ask when they want to process the file
I called cic and they said that my file is in ottawa office and its in process.
But ecas is still MER.
So i have to say my file is in process.

i called and didn't get pleasant news. I'm a March 18 applicant but got married and added my wife in July. The agent said that the date of my application was moved to July when I added my wife and my application will be process along with the July applications. This is why I didn't get IP.


I wonder if all of you who didn't get IP is because you got married.

I am a March 23rd applicant (AOR April 22nd). As single as ever, no IP.

lol you're gonna be whole lot more tired waiting with the March applicants my friend. Hope it isn't as crappy for you as it is for some of us who've applied in March.
