Yes Sir I got the request of fingerprints on 28 Jan and Status went to IP in 29 Jan

I have sent the fingerprints on 10 Feb they received it on Feb 11.

Well i got my decision made so i just asked them where my file is and he said that he can check for me and pulled out my file and then he said its approved so u dont have to worry about it. It was the call centre agent only.

Can you please guide me.. what does mean post secondary as mentioned in MPNP criteria.. I am from India and one of my friend has done Diploma Electrical engineering after 10th Standard. Will it be considered as post secondary course more than 2 years and get 20 points or will this be trade certificate and get 14 Points. Please help.

I think post secondary is certified deploma that you do after your 12 th grade not 10

Just called CIC, they were very kind to confirm to that my Decision Made is APPROVED. 31-March applicant.

The lady told that it might take a month or two to get our PPR request or even sooner, but she took time to ensure that my email and stuff were in place..

Thanks Aman...I had my fingerprints on 2nd February and have not yet got the results in the mail...desperately waiting for mail...Any idea how long it can take to get results in the mail.

After calling 1-888-242-2100, wait for message which asks to select an option, then press 1311 quickly to reach the part where it asks for your file no. and birth year. The message at times can take forever and if the line is busy, they just drop you off, and you start again..

Even I am a 31st March Applicant and got my DM on 6th of Feb, I am surprised that it will take us another month or 2 to get out PPR Request! Looks like this wait is never ending!

Called CIC regarding my expired medicals and the representative couldn't give me any info. He told me that the office would get in touch, if necessary.

Few hours later my MP emailed me saying that my medicals were extended until 2016! He also told me that the app is in the early stages of processing, so far no background checks were performed.

I've ordered GCMS notes back in Feb 2, let's see what is says.

Can someone Please advice -

I have plans on traveling out of the country mid next month I will not be back till sept - I am hoping to get my PPR and do my landing before that, just incase I cannot do my landing before I leave (I hope not), how long do I have after I get my passport back to do my landing?
