Hi Nikku88,
My application was also received on April 23 too. I got email for fingerprints check on January 28. I submitted RCMP fingerprints already in August 2014. I have sent email to Ottawa that requested documents is submitted already.
Did you get RCMP fingerprints check?

I ordered a note at the beginning of January and i still haven't got it in the mail. At the time my status was Application Received. It changed to IP on 26th.
What would the note say if one has IP status (like your case) and what would be a good sign for DM on the note?

the notes will be generated on the day your ordered or to the latest the next day you ordered. So if your application turned to in-process on jan 26th then it won't show up on your gcms notes.

I have just applied another GCMS notes, Previous notes says Security not started & Eligibility, Medical, Criminality are approved,
Last GCMS notes was generated on November-21-2014,

Hi guys! A quick question: Although I have applied under the international masters students without job offer stream, I have been working in my study field since I submitted my application to CIC. CIC haven't asked me to provide any employment information yet. I was wondering if I should volunteer and send them an email or wait until they ask. Also does it really make a difference for people who applied under without job offer stream stream (I personally feel logically it might but we know logic and CIC often doesn't go hand in hand)? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys.anybody got passport request,recently? for march/april file to cic?
for few people they give in process status in few months after medical.but for some people till 8/9/10 months they dont send any passport request
or any change of status online !!!!!!!!!!!!!! is so frustratring !!!!!!!! 1 of my friend got in process in 4 months after medical.he filed in last jan ,got medical in end of the march n got passport request in nov 1 st week,n after pasport submission in 3 weeks he got passport. i filed in 16 april,received by cic on 23rd april. got medical on 31st may.did medical on 2nd june. After medical its alredy 8 months still shows"application received"no change in status !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its so frustratring !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am thinking that lets mail,emails and fax them n let them know about our queries......!!!!!....... if they will get such queries in big amount then it will affect them !!!!!!!!!!!!!
