March application got BVL

I got the BVL today. I haven't get AIP, March complete paper application. Does this means refusal because I haven't received AIP?

Applied 4th of March complete application.
No update until today, Just one hour ago I received the BVL
I also ordered noted and when i received it in October there wasn't any update except that criminality passed

It doesnt necessarily means rejection. Could be approval too. Keep ur fingers crossed and lets hope u get an approval soon.

I have applied from Egypt and my application is being processed here too

Yes i have started since September and i have sent IRCC an enrollment letter few weeks ago

Hey, I am on the same boat, applied in May SDS full application no AIP yet, still hanging. If you know the final result, please update us. I don’t know if ircc is going to issue refusal anymore at this stage...thanks in advance

It says that i am already enrolled in the current program in this fall semester. And how many credit hour i am taking also have the letter format of the university.

Oh, I didn’t submit this document. Is it helpful to push the application process? If yes I should summit also...

DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Hope you will get AIP/Final Approval Soon by doing mail to IRCC.
