Hello everyone, I've applied for my SP on march 17th, complete application, submitted my passport as well through VFS global Bangladesh. On October 1st I've applied for gcms notes and received them today. I do have a basic understanding of the notes but i couldn't gather what some of the note exactly means, if someone could shed some light on them, it would be immensely helpful.
here's my timeline:
application submission: 17th march
medicals passed: 17th may
bio-metrics correspondence: 17th may
approval in principle: 27th august
and no final decision as of yet, i originally applied intending to attend the may 2020 semester but deferred to January, 2021.
Here are some of the screenshots from the notes i thought would be relevant.

from the bottom, on the assessment section, 'approved' on final decision but i am yet to receive a final decision on my GC account, besides eligibility is still being processed although it shows passed on the notes.
from the bottom second, on the counterfoil section, i see a date of issue, a date of validity and a upper and lower readable line does that mean that a counterfoil has already been issued?
from the bottom third, on notes section, it says 'physical ppt
@##### desk', what does it mean exactly? and it's dated on Sep 30th.
from the bottom fourth, the VO notes, "
19 y/o going for U of Winnipeg for 3 yr Bachelor program in English. IELTS of 7.5 with no band less than 7, appear BF, satisfied on balance. LOA ok for Sep intake. Meds passed." I'm assuming 'BF' stands for bona-fide? also, it's dated on may, from my understanding that was a positive assessment, can it change given the fact that i have deferred to january, 2021 semester?
from the first ss, on the application section, field name 'final' it says 'approved' again, is that a sign that my application has already been declared a final decision but they are just holding it because of the travel restrictions?
penny for your thoughts?
