Toronto applications didn't move an inch for 2.5 months now! Everyone's status is the same in Toronto since mid March especially single/individual applications.

What's up with that??

Nothing has moved in Mississauga since the beginning of February. That's 4 months of zero movement. Either no one works at any of these offices or we are an incredibly small sample size of the number of applications they deal with. It's frustrating to say the least.

Which office? I've seen no Mississauga ones move, but there have been the sporadic Toronto ones move.

I have not received my notice for the test yet. in process since Mar 31. my office was Vancouver but my file has transferred to Calgary.

Passed my test today with 20/20 .It was a bit different than expected.

Hi March fellows, since you all have marked more than half way through your citizenship journey, do you mind sharing how did you fill your citizenship application? I mean there are couple of questions like 1B “special needs that require accommodation “or 6F “Do you have permanent resident status or the equivalent in any country other than Canada”. Did you write “NA” into the space provided in front of option, if your answer was “NO” for that question?

Gosh that's going back 3 months in memory.
As a standard, Most of the Yes No types would be selectable options, so I would select No, where applicable. If the form demands textual value in a text box, then I would enter Not Applicable. (In full , no abreviations)

Hope that helps

Yes Alberta. Applying from Red Deer. Office could be either Edmonton or Calgary. Have not received the mail yet.
I guessed so. I noticed in the spreadsheet that few Jan / Feb applicants from AB had their test & oath either same day or 1 day apart. That's highly efficient. Why can't all provinces be like that.

IRCC officers make their decision at interview on the day of test. So there's anything really left, except printing the citizenship certificate and the oath!
