How to determine which is the processing office, i tried calling the live agent and he answered it as CPC Sydney even thopugh my application is in IN PROCESS

It's the IRCC office closest to your residential addresss on application. The IRCC office list is available on the CIC website. But for any questions or concerns we should contact the CPC Sydney, and not the IRCC office!

Is there a reason why some people are asked to do FP and not others?

April 5 - resent application (doc missing)
April 18 - AOR received by email
