Hi all,

Anyone out there who has recently been requested for fingerprint and then received a test invite? I'm curious to see how long it takes to get a test invite after you see this message on eCAS "when you see We sent you correspondence on April XX, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

How much does it cost?

It is free .Even you can click the link discover Canada on cic website and can read online.
Or you can search discover Canada on google and it will take you to the book.
I have finished my book twice and never ordered it.
You can click on ecas status discover Canada icon as well.

Do you think its a Finger print request?

Yes it is fingerprint request because I got same.Keep checking your mail everyday because they send through paper mail.

Same here my fingerprints were sent to cic on April 19 as I got status from rcmp.No update after that

Hi Navajo - I am also in Vancouver. The process of your case is quite fast. My application was delivered on Apr 4, but I still haven't received AOR yet.

I am also in Vancouver. The process from delivery (13th of March) to AOR (31st of March) was 18 days. So hopefully you hear something soon.

If someone please help me answer the question , When application goes IN PROCESS, does that mean it has been transferred to the local office .
If yes , then my application went in process on 11 apr and I called the CIC today to find out about the local office and they said it was too early to be transferred to the local office it with cpc sydney......confused .

Guys.. need help.. so I have my passport renewed as it was expiring in September. how do I send details of new passport to CIC? my application is showing "In Process".
