Who is taking the test? What are your strategies? What are your weaknesses and strengths?

I have recently come across the reported IELTS speaking topics here: ieltsliz[dot]com/january-2017-ielts-speaking-topics/
As per the website, these topics will probably be used from January to April 2017.

This is a thread-bump question:

I understand that there are 4 types of tasks where you have to answer using NO MORE THAN TWO/THREE WORDS in Reading section:
  • Short-answer question
  • Sentence completion
  • Chart/Table completion
  • Diagram labeling

So far in my practice tests I have encountered two common mistakes:
  • 1) I am leaving out articles (a, an, the)
  • 2) Not giving full answer (e.g. my answer "standard" compared with the correct answer "the breed standard")

How do you guys deal with such tasks? Is there any definitive guide to follow?
 
Just finished speaking part. Here are the questions from speaking part. I took exams in Bangalore (India)
Part -1
Do you feel your work is hard ?
Do you work or student
What's your job involves
Do you want to become teacher
Is there any thing which you disliked in your childhood

Part 2
Describe an occasion when you received a good service from a company or shop.
what and when you received the service
How you felt ?

Part 3
what's customer care job involves?
Do you think customer care value is important
how do you differentiate between large store customer care vs small store customer care

Here you go for writing questions.

Task 1
Write a letter to your staff cafeteria manager about food is boring now a days. Expalain why do like staff cafeteria and why food is boring and also how to improve.

Task 2
As long as professional sportsmen and sportswomen are good players, their behavior on and off the playing field is not important. Do you disagree or agree?


One more tip, if any one is writing exam on March 4 in India or Asian countries, do ask them questions. Same questions will be asked for you also. IeLts prepares same questions for all of the countries irrespective of timezones.
 
I am going to appear on 4th as well. Is there any place where i can get recent speaking and writing topics?
