I have two thing to be clarified with my below situations, please help.

1) I received ITA on Mar 2, and when I click continue application it asked me Are you accompany you in Canada? (I put Yes)
and later after my wife details (applied jointly for both), it asked me "Do you (or your spouse/common-law partner) have any children? "
- Currently, my wife is due in next 2 weeks & delivery can be anytime. So, should I have to mention YES? or NO?
If it is YES, I can't enter my baby's name/passport/D.O.B at the moment.
or else should I have to wait for delivery done? as already I have 60 days to accept the application. I'm confused in this rare situation.

2) I visited US like many times over last 3-4 years, I been there for 4months, 5months etc...(but never crossed 6months as I'm on visiting status)
How can I get the Police clearance from US? I only have roughly 89 days.
Can I cross the border and apply there in-person?
Anyone in this situation? please suggest me out! :(

1. I would definitely wait for 2 weeks. It will make the process so smooth.

2. In your case, I wouldn't suggest to apply for PCC now, since it takes about 3-4 months to get US PCC from FBI.

Once you have filed your application for PR, then apply for US PCC, just incase CIC request later on. You can find more info here - https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks

1. DEFINITELY WAIT FOR 2 WEEKS.

2. YES, YOU WOULD NEED A PCC FROM USA SINCE YOU STAYED THERE 6+ MONTHS IN TOTAL.

GOOD LUCK.

Oh sorry, I thought you mentioned 5 months in total.

Yes, you would need PCC from FBI, before applying for PR, since CIC calculate all your stays.
