He went there 3 times during 12 years, but the statement was he went there because of 4 reasons. Really complicated, so I'm not sure. But I wrote NG
I seemed to me,that in the middle of the text author wrote like... this is the best explanation that can be (meaning the Kulick theory)...hope we will pass)
THE thing is that some parts of reading difffer in some countries!

1.The paragraph about old-fashioned weels and attractions- Fairground

The para before the last one was about Facts of previous existing meteors .. there was smth about 1786 year or so..
The Last para - explanation that They should pay attention to..but they missed it
