CRS - 440
ITA - 30th January 2019
EOR - 23rd March 2019
PR Application Rejected on 6th May
But I had submitted a notarized IMM5409.
I still don't know why this was rejected, the only difference between this document and my notarized Gift Deed is a seal.
I'm trying to get the notary to put his seal on this document. I have been feeling terribly ever since I got this news 10 hours ago.
With my current CRS of 440 and with the current trend I don't see any chance of getting another ITA anytime soon. My birthday is in November and my CRS will drop 5 points then.
What can I do to get this current application reopened/ appealed? I have read about instances where they reached out to the applicant for missing documents, whereas mine was rejected outright. Please help.
