Yes I have done that and reattached everything again . Also raised a webform for the same . If any one has contact to reach the customer support from outside Canada would appreciate the same thankyou.

I think I know what to do one of my know has the same email and he sent so many emails with attachment of proof that you mentioned you have already sent at the end iRCC called them and clarify what they actually needed. They had paper application applied I do not know your case.

SO You need to fill the form of physical presense calculator where you will put all entry and exit cross border and then download the file and send them. below is the link.

I just got a request for more information email from IRCC, I forgot to disclose a trip back home from 2023, whoops! Had to give scanned copies of passport + redo Physical Presence Calculator + explanation of why that was omitted (honest oversight!).

Hopefully this doesn't cause too many issues.

Awesome, shouldn’t cause any issue as long as you are thorough this time. You don’t want them booking a Teams meeting to clarify anything. That’s what will really prolong the timeline. At least your file is being worked on which is great. When did you submit and what’s your AOR?

I only took two trips during the entire assessment window both of which were short in duration and for vacation, I had disclosed one but completely forgot the other - annoyingly a silly mistake but it is what it is.

Submitted March 15th and AOR April 4th

Really no idea on timeframe. I am hoping in the next few days. I think some people got all completed before me so we will see from the trend

Hello did you appear for the test on the same day?And how many days did it take to mark "complete"?

I didn't appear same day for test - I got the test invite letter on June 2nd, 2025 with Timeline to do the test between June 6th - July 7th. I gave my test on June 9th and it got updated as complete in portal on June 16th, 2025.
