Can we include more days in our 5-year eligibility period?

For example; if I was student in Norway from 2018 to 2021, and my 5-year eligibility period if April 15, 2020 to April 14, 2025, can I include my whole student period in work and employment history?

I don't remember exactly but i think i was trying to do it but it didn't let me

Applied at the start of March. Received AOR on March 17.

Tracker says last update April 3 but have not received any new emails or updates. Under citizenship test it says "not started" which I don't remember if it always said that? I saw on tracker others from same timeframe have received test invite and some even already taken their test.
