I got an update today.
Here is my time line.
1. Application file on March 1 2025
2. AOR Received on Mar 17, 2025
3. Citizenship Test Scheduled on May 23, 2025
4. Request for Finger Print on June 11, 2025
5. Test Taken on June 14, 2025
6. Test Marked as completed on June 23, 2025
7. Fingerprint submitted on June 23, 2025
8. Background completed on July 30, 2025 (Tracker updated on August 13)
9. LPP Completed on Sept 16, 2025, (Tracker updated on Sept 18 2025)
10 Waiting for Oath Ceremony....

Note: I haven't received notification email for any of these updates... Just got mail for Taking Test and Fingerpint submission.

It's interesting they didn't seem to have a proper protocol for this. In the oath letter it says subject line should be "Oath form for [application number], [family name]", but in the oath meeting, the admin told us multiple times we only need to put our agent's name in the subject line and nothing more. I put "Oath form for [application number], [family name]" in the body of the email and subject line was simply agent's name.

After I hit send I thought maybe it wasn't a good idea to do that. I did my oath on Sept 16th, I received the instructions on how to download email the day after, but the e-cert is not available on the website yet (it says Your e-Certificate is not available. Please try again 2-5 business days after you provided your signed Oath of Citizenship.)

I have a trip in 15 days and I really need this e-cert now

Yea, I also wasn’t sure what I heard so decided to follow the official instructions on the form as I believe you can’t go wrong with that. However, I included the agent’s name in the body of the email so should be good. If you haven’t received within 5 business days, I’ll say reach out to them or resend the oath form. I think don’t panic, you can get an express service for your passport since you have verifiable travel plans

Excellent news. Very exciting. I got my LPP on Sept 2nd but still waiting for Ceremony date...

Got the email this morning, logged on and was able to download mine.

Finally got my citizenship oath ceremony scheduled for Oct in Calgary. LPP was completed on the 16th of September.

Finally. Today LPP is marked as completed as of Sep 12. The oath ceremony is not started.

Updated on Sep 20 - the oath is scheduled on Oct 16.
