I did speak with an agent today and asked her why my LPP has not been started yet. She said even if her system shows notbstarted that doesnt mean its true. They might be working on the file and the system doesnt show it yet. Fingers crossed!

Anyone has Language and Presence completed but not Prohibitions, does it indicate something as these usually get done all together

No sometimes they get done separately. Lots of people get their oath invite while one or more of their LPP still shows in progress. There are people who have received their passport and LPP has not started on tracker. Basically LPP is not something to read too much into

It likely indicates prohibitions have some additional level of scrutiny taking it out of the all-three-at-once workflow.

Or put differently: it means prohibitions are taking longer than the other two.

Which is, arguably, already obvious.

Am i gonna get notified when there's something "completed"? Or should I be checking everyday?
No you dont get notified when things like bg, lpp or test marked completed by email. You can check the tracker though

I'll go you one further: I'm scheduled to take my citizenship oath ceremony (virtual) in an hour. My status tracker still only shows BG as completed. As it was also with the PR application tracker, the citizenship tracker is not always accurate or up to date. Even the IRCC phone help line folks don't always have the latest information.

Obviously some applications can face long delays for whatever reasons, but many are routinely processed while the status tracker goes unloved.

Unless someones application is way beyond the "9 to 12 month" estimated processing time, odds are the application is chugging along normally behind the scenes.
