why $1080? do you have any dependent child?
Sponsorship fee ($85), principal applicant processing fee ($545) and right of permanent residence fee ($575) = $1,205
Biometric - per person = $85

Please let me know
I paid $1080 CAD at first
Was told to pay $85 CAD for biometrics
Is there anything else to pay?
That's what I paid and would be the "standard price", I guess. If you added dependents then it's a bit extra per child.

Don't be worried if you're looking and seeing a different price listed than what you paid. The cost went up a bit at the end of April.

We made a payment
Prior to April 30th, it was:
* Sponsorship fee ($75)
* Applicant fee ($490)
* Right of PR fee ($515)

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/pr-fees-increase.html#list

Biometrics was still $85
We made a payment of $1,165 (which included everything and what the above adds up to) on 3/30 -- it's what they asked for. Did the price go up on 3/31? The AOR shows that we submitted the app on 3/31. Basically, it appears that we paid the fee, but submitted the application the following day potentially when the fees had gone up. Anyone perceive this to be an issue? Hoping they communicate timely about any issue.

The link I sent show the fees went up the end of April, not March. So you pay the old fees. The only time someone in the March group would pay the new fee is if they chose to not pay the Right of Permanent Resident fee at the time of application.

You're fine with what you've described. Hopefully you'll hear soon!

Okay, let's keep each other posted! I'll send you a direct message, if that's okay? Thank you!

I'm now confused on fees. I paid $1080 upfront when I applied March 24. I cannot recall if I paid Biometrics separately when I received letter to complete them in July.
My tracker shows everything completed except background check- in progress. The last notes on my file are from July 10 - "Complete your biometrics
We sent you a message with instructions on how to submit your fingerprints and photo. Please complete this by the date shown in your message."
Even though Biometrics is marked completed, there were no notes stating it is completed or fees need to be paid.
How will I know if they need payment still?

Hi everyone. My file for spousal PR inland was submitted on March 20,2024. Everything was going smooth we got elegebility approved for both PA and Sponsor and even received the pre-arrival services. But, Yesterday we received an email saying our file was transferred to Etobicoke office for further assessment. Worst part is we have not our file on PR tracker due to some reason and we are trying to get it on tracker. I would like to know if someone have any idea about such situation or in the same boat. I already ordered GCMS notes though.

Mine was all complete and COPR details also on the tracker. It looks like they credit it later near the final steps, . They provide a spot on the GCKey to upload the receipt after paying the biometric fee. 'This is what it said on my letter'
Payment Receipt: We have not received your Biometrics Fee of $85.00 on file. In order to avoid further delays
in the processing of your application, the required Biometrics Fee has been recovered from the Right of Permanent Residence
Fee (RPRF) that you initially submitted with your Application for Permanent Residence.
so I just paid the diff ($85),now waiting for p1 email. [Applied March 13,2024]
