my gc key shows pr card mailed on dec 20 but i still have not received it

Also, if you're waiting to see it on the Canada Post mail tracking, it's mail from "Canadian Bank Note Company" who are the ones that produce the cards.

I don’t think we can track the PR Card. We just waited for ours to show up. If GcKey’s showing mailed it will probably arrive 2 weeks after. But that depends on your province. We are from Alberta and it took 2 weeks for ours to arrive.

Do you know when did they mail it? Our GcKey showed December 26. We received it January 10.

Applied March 24
P2 was Nov 28
Now just waiting for physical card and will post full breakdown of process later!

Hey all, how long does it takes for IRCC to approve pr photo, because its being more than 1 month now we submitted things in P2 portal and photo is still under-review.

I just got it Jan 13 after p2 was submitted Nov 28. My address and photo still say in review even though everything is approved. Wait for the ecopr then pr card in mail I assume about 2 weeks later.

That’s correct ecopr comes in pr portal under the photo portion I also received an email to download it. Given we’re almost the same boat and I just got mine, I’d wait. Calling doesn’t seem to do anything. Mine took about month and a half to get ecopr and my photo still says “under review” I don’t think they update that part.
