Update:

ITA 13th February
AOR 26th March
BIL request 21st May
Medicals( Tracker) updated to be completed on 21st May
Medicals( GCKey) got completed on 06/11
Biometrics ( both on Tracker & GCKey) completed 24th May

Eligibility( Tracker) - Completed in tracker on 05/29
Eligibility( GCKey)- In progress
Background check - In progress (both GCkey & Tracker)

Had called IRCC customer care on 30th May, was informed Eligibility will get updated soon in GCKey, which didn't happen till now.
BGC - out of 3 one was completed and second was in progress.

Question: Should I consider eligibility to be completed as in tracker Or must be completed in GCkey?

Anyone with same timeline? please share update if above is slower than normal or is this normal going with this speed?
Thanks!

Your eligibility can never be marked completed on GCKey without you either getting your passports stamped or getting approved as an inlander.

The technical definition of GCKey is that you've met all conditions of PR which are beyond eligibility checks(e.g. having a valid passport that can be stamped). GCKey sticks to the old definition and hence should never update till you are approved.

If it is completed on tracker(eligibility), you are marked Eligibility: recommended pass. It isn't completed.

No! CoPR details in tracker does not mean you are a PR. You'll need to wait for your eCoPR.
So the COPR only means they have the final decision but doesn't mean we are PR ? I see. I thought it was already a confirmation of Permanent Residency as the name suggests LOL.
