I did spend some time in Pakistan.
I got my immigration visa in 2014, Had a short landing in Canada in year 2015. went back to Pakistan and came back in 2019. since then I'm in Canada.

How long after receiving the AOR were you able to create your account to track the application? I received it earlier today but cannot create an account, because it says the application number or UCI is not valid.

Correction. I landed in Canada in 2016. Stayed here for 4 months. Took PR Card and went back to Pakistan.

48-72 hrs you need to wait.

Application sent: March 21, 2023
Delivered: March 21, 2023
AOR: April 12, 2023

It took me 6 days after AOR

What kind of problem?
I landed in may 2016. Left in september 2016. Then came back in June 2019. Still in Canada since then. Have completed 3 years out of 5, which is the required period for citizenship.

The required period for citizenship is a different story. Looks like you have spent a lot of time in Pakistan in the past 4 years, that's why they're asking for PCC, no errors on their part.

On a quick count, and if I’m correct, you didn’t fulfill your residency obligation for PR in your first 5 years. That could come back and bite you.

It's a ridiculous question, and I think they are not very strict on it, but I filled it up with every status I ever had, anywhere, including visitor, which is what they are asking for. In the older versions of the forms, visitor was not an option, but they changed it in 2020 and added visitor, you can also see the guide, it explicitly lists visitor as an example.
