After i filled the minor applications i found the form with this code CIT0003 (1-2022)
While the one now available for download is CIT0003 (8-2022)
Do i meed to fill the new form instead ?

@Abohandh you don’t have to. The website says “…use forms from October 2020 or later”. Yours is Jan 2022 and very much valid
