How to raise the web form and when to raise one, because we dont know when our LPP would be complete right, as I belong to Scarborough office as well.

When you see it in your tracker account. That might be a good time to send in the request via the web form.

How? Google the IRCC web form. It’s out there.

right now its all random for the oath right, some people are getting virtual and some are getting in person so when you see your tracker is updated to LPP completed, you raise a webform, right ?

If I’m correct based on what I see with other paper applicants, Ecas updates before Gckey, so you can expect a GU in gckey within 2 days. Mayb its for test invite. Keep us posted. My AOR was May 5th, so I’ll check my ecas tomm n onwards.
