Those stuck from Aug2022 are CEC Inland(not so sure) ? I think they are PNP Outland. They have more delays with their applications

Yes they are CEC Inland
Some Oct Inland PNP are stuck since Jan this year as their COPR# is also showing on tracker. They call IRCC weekly and MP emails are of no use either
One does need a lot of luck to get in and out of these processes effectively
Hello, I have received the eCoPR on June 13th and have not received the PR card yet. The Application status shows that the eCoPR document has expired. Is there something that I had to do before the document expired? I am already residing in the country. I am worried if I missed something. Thanks in advance!

If yes, enter the place of birth, when you try to link pr card to gckey, as per
1. Passport - CITY,(SPACE)STATE
OR as per,
2. eCOPR
3. GCMS notes, if you have one.
If I get a reply this week or an update, I will consider myself one of the lucky ones haha

Guys my eligibility on tracker was completed on 29th June and all stages got completed on 30th June but my GC key still says is in progress. What should I make out of this situation? Should I give a call to IRCC?
My eligibility, medicals, bio and bg is completed in tracker but in gc key bg is in progress, why there is a difference?
When can I expect to receive the PPR as I've paid the RPRF fees in advance.

Many of us are in the same boat. Personally, all my credentials are completed on the tracker since June 26 but GC key is un-updated since biometrics were linked. I've learnt that the GC key is slower to update than the tracker.
Also, on the expectation front for the PPR, we all can just hope and pray. I did inquire from Mr Kubeir Kamal (a renowned immigration expert on Youtube) what could be the reason for a hold-up in issuing PPR if all stages are already completed on the tracker. His response was, " because they are issued in batches." So, we can hope that we are next in the queue, if any. Good luck!
So I called IRCC they told me everything has passed except BCG check.The additional documents are not evaluated yet and the security has not started......
