Update: Eligibility started today; background was in progress previously and still is.
is your background status shows in progress for both GCkey and tracker or just the tracker?
Hope March AOR will share more detail about stream and type (Inland/Outland) to eliminate blank values.

hi @Daren2023 , My tracker was also last updated on 19 April with eligibility marked as completed...There is no movement after that in my application. Is it same with you also or you get any update after 19 April?
Yes, my status is the same in the tracker since April 19. Only my background went to "Not Applicable" in GCKey on the 25th.

My PPR is actually 8 May but I thought it was 9 May due to the time difference with Canada ! I really don't know what my VO is since I got a PPR letter in gckey, not a RFV email...
