As soon as the completeness check is done. I'd say 2-3 weeks from AOR.

Is your AOR March 8?
Mine is 4th of March, and I'm still waiting for completeness check.
Mine has been showing the eligibility thing just like yours since the day I applied (4th of March).
When did you apply?
I applied on 14th of Feb
i got Biometric letter 14th of Feb
Biometric captured and updated 20th feb
we are processing you background check
Upfront medical updated on 25th of Feb
ghost update on 8th of march
we are reviewing your Eligibility 8th of march
still waiting for outcome since then
Oh, your AOR is 14th of Feb. Did you register on the new tracker site? It helps you track the status of your application so much better.

No, I can't register because I haven't received the biometrics instructions letter yet, which means my completeness check isn't done yet.
Does your UCI start with CAN, or is your current one (the one on your TRV) showing on your PR Application now?
If the current one shows, you should be able to register on the application.

What was it before that? I think this is the default status, right? My aor is 6 march and i remember seeing these from the start!

Yeah, you get these status messages as soon as you apply. I have the exact same messages as him and my AOR is March 4
I just saw the part where it says study permit. You can't register for the tracker as it's only for permanent residents. Ignore my last few comments as they don't apply to you.
