If your last update was 1 May and eligibility completed on 5th May in tracker, means your actual eligibility was completed by IRCC on 1 May and updated 4 days later ?
Particularly for security is written 1st may. And eligibility section has last updated date of 5th may. The day i also got a ghost update on my gc key and my tracker got updated with eligibility completed on 8th may. 6th and 7th was Saturday and Sunday respectively.
The last updates date overall is also 5th may. Meaning that was the last time my file was opened. And hasn’t been opened since then till date.

I replied to Portal 1 email on 21 July 2023. How much time does it take for Montreal VO to send Portal 2 email after reply is sent?

Jul 24th - got 2nd portal email with my existing account. Gonna update the address and photo tonight.
