IRCC has a 2.1 million backlog

even though 2 million backlog, I don't understand why other intern like me who applied after me, got their visa before me 3 weeks ago.

I know i applied july 25 and again on march 4 both applications have never been updated
did you send a withdraw request for the first application? or it was withdrawn automatically?
how did you know it's withdrawn? do you receive a notification?
(did you use new portal or gckey for both? )
First application i used gckey second i used portal i was checking both everyday and when i logged on my gckey it said new message and it was withdrawn
after how many days exactly if you remember? (sorry if I have many questions)
I applied for a second time march 4 and my first application got withdrawn on march 14
