I applied for a visitor visa for my newborn, using the old portal.
Timelines:
Applied - 8th Feb 2022
There has been 0 updates on the application till now.

Same here. Applied for my newborn in November and still waiting.
They just don’t care about the real family Reunification. They are approving visa for tourism purpose very quickly.
All we can do is wait patiently.

Pickup - delayed as my passport was with attorney for US visa application, dropped many notes to IRCC
Finally Bluedart picked up on 3/4 (rather I submitted in their office after waiting for 3 weeks).
Latest note on 3/11 - IRCC is processing application.

How much time after VFS update that IRCC is processing application? I have US travel planned in next 10 days Getting anxious
