My husband's file was submitted on March 11, 2022 (Inland - Online). No AOR received yet.
My immigration consultant is saying that they might refile it. I have no idea what are they talking about. Is it possible to do so. If anyone has any information regarding this please advise.

Inland applications are supposed to be lot faster. Have you tried contacting IRCC?

That doesnt sound good. Do you have receipt or payment proof of the PR application and OWP?

What about the payment receipt for the Right to PR and OWP? and biometrics did you pay that ?

No I dont have any receipt. I only have an email from IRCC when the online application was done. It states that online application has been submitted and they will send an AOR. It does not have name of the applicant on it.

Unfortunately inland aren't that fast minimum 6 mos if you are lucky and if not 8-12 months, mostly i have seen a paper based inland being much faster than Online which is just ridiculous even though everything is now online! so crazy.

oh no I have an email and my portal was created by my immi consultant and also paid fee from our credit card for the PR and OWP + Biometrics, even provided me receipts

You only can attach the email you received and send UCI details, passport details, date of application through webform to ircc couple pf times so they revert to you. And definitely investigate your immigration consultant, this is so wrong.

You can still call them and try. They will verify with your name and date of birth for conformation
