My wife got her passport today stamped with COPR. Our journey ends here..
Application - Outland - India - Paper

AOR: 18-May-22
Biometric - Not needed as she had Visitor visa
PA received Medicals: 18-May-22
Sponsor Approval: 18-May-22
Medical Appointment: 1-Jun-22
Medical updated: 4-Jun-22
Eligibility activity status updated :18-Jun-22
Background verification activity status updated:18-Jun-22
Pre Arrival Service Invitation- 18-Jun-22
Ready for Visa email : 6-Aug-22 (she is in USA at this moment as visitor, so submitted to VFS New York)
Courier to VFS New York: 11- Aug-22
Approved: 18-Aug-22
Got passport and COPR : 25- Aug-22
Because she has visitor visa things can be so much more easier. How did you call her for visit?
I guess yea, she had US and Canada visitor which have helped in smooth process. Apart form that, I would say your documentations and other supporting documents are very important. It took almost 2 months for me to organize and draft them in a lucid and presentable way so that Visa officer can get clear idea of everything.
So I had filed her visitor visa before our marriage to visit her cousins in Canada. However, she got her visitor visa almost after 8 months. Let me give you timeline so that you can get idea.
US visa: somewhere in 2017
Spouse visitor visa for Canada: 4-Aug-21
Our Marriage: 13- Dec- 21
Applied for Spousal PR: 9-March-22
Visitor Approved: 8-April-22

Got Copr details in pr portal on last monday
Getting ghost updates almost every other day
But I haven’t received any pre arrival..
Any ideas when we can expect passport request
And if we got Copr details it means our file is approved

Omg this is so nice. Such speedy process. I got my pre-arrival on gckey. My husband (PA) got an email saying we have a new message for you. Sign in on Gckey and thats where was my pre-arrival which i downloaded. Maybe check for that..
i got my pre-arrival on Aug 19, and since than i am waiting.
To be honest , i am seeing people are getting their PPR in batches. Some got on Aug 6, and today I saw alot of people got for Aug 25, i believe every 2 weeks. There are good news
